PourSet Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy covers the PourSet app: the web app at https://pourset.app/, the installable phone version of that web app, and the iOS and Android apps once they launch (together, the "App"). It explains what information the App uses, where that information goes, and the choices you have.

The App is operated by Jeremiah Fear Construction LLC, doing business as Firm Foundations Concrete Specialists ("we," "us," or "our"), 123 Rogue Riffle Dr, Grants Pass, OR 97526. Contact: support@pourset.app.

The short version

1. Information stored on your device

The App saves data in your browser's or device's local storage ("localStorage") so your work is still there the next time you open it. This data stays on your device. It isn't sent to us or stored in the cloud, including after accounts launch (see section 3). Here's what's stored:

What Details
Saved jobs Job name, customer name, notes, job address and map coordinates, job status, pour date and pour notes, slab shape and dimensions, takeoff results (concrete yardage, rebar quantities, and so on), the pour-risk result for the chosen date, selected add-ons, and (Pro) material prices and budget figures.
Current draft The takeoff you're working on (shape, inputs, address, coordinates, selected date, and add-ons), so you can pick up where you left off.
Last GPS location If you use "use my location," the App keeps your last location fix (coordinates, place name, and time) so it can fall back to it if a new fix fails.
Material prices Any custom material prices you enter.
Add-on selections The mitigation add-ons you've selected.
Plan status Whether you're on the Free plan, a trial, or Pro, and when your trial started.
Small app settings For example, whether you've dismissed the help tip, plus a temporary marker used when the App reloads for an update.

Customer information you enter. If you type a customer's name, address, or notes into a saved job, that information stays on your device. You're responsible for having the right to store it and for how you share it.

Removing on-device data. You can delete saved jobs inside the App. To remove everything, use Settings › Account › Delete account in the App (see Delete your PourSet account and data), clear the site data for pourset.app in your browser settings, or uninstall the app. Because we don't hold this data, we can't recover it for you if it's deleted or your device is lost.

Exports and sharing. When you copy a summary, share it, or export a CSV, PDF/print, or PNG image, the file is created on your device. (PNG images are made in your browser with a tool called html2canvas.) The App sends it only where you choose, such as through your phone's share sheet.

2. Information sent to outside services

To do certain jobs, the App connects directly from your device to the services below. Like any website, each one receives your device's IP address and basic browser information as part of the connection. Each service handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Service When it's used What's sent
Photon (komoot GmbH, using OpenStreetMap data) Address suggestions as you type (after about 4 characters) The text you've typed and an approximate map area to center results on
U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder Looking up an exact street address The address you entered
Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation) Address lookup backup, and turning your GPS coordinates into a place name The address you entered, or your GPS coordinates
Open-Meteo geocoding Backup city lookup The city name you entered
Open-Meteo weather API Getting the forecast for the pour-risk check The job site's latitude and longitude
OpenStreetMap tile servers Showing the small map of the job site Requests for map images near the job site, which show its approximate location
jsDelivr (content delivery network) Loading the html2canvas code used for PNG export Standard web request only. No job data is sent; images are made on your device.
Our web host (Hostinger) Loading the App and checking for updates Standard web request information (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time), which may be kept in server logs

Location. The App uses your device's GPS only when you tap the location button, and only after you allow it in your browser or phone. You can type an address instead. You can turn off location access at any time in your device or browser settings.

Some of these providers run servers outside the United States, including in Europe.

3. Accounts (planned)

We plan to offer optional sign-in using an emailed "magic link," with no password. You enter your email address and we send you a link to sign in. Our account provider is Supabase.

When accounts launch, this information will be stored in the cloud:

What stays on your device: your job data. That means saved jobs, customer names and notes, job addresses and coordinates, takeoffs, pour-risk results, prices, and drafts. Signing in doesn't upload any of it.

If we later add syncing or backups that would store job data in the cloud, we'll update this policy first and explain what's stored.

4. Subscriptions and payments (planned)

PourSet Pro is planned to cost $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Payments will be handled by:

We never receive or store your full payment card number. Apple, Google, and Stripe handle card data under their own policies. We, Supabase, and RevenueCat receive and store purchase records in the cloud, such as an app user or account ID, the product you bought, the purchase and renewal dates, your subscription status, the store or country, and transaction IDs. We use these to unlock Pro features, restore purchases, and handle support and accounting.

5. How we use information

We use the limited information we receive to:

6. No selling, no ads

We share information only:

7. How long we keep information

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

To ask us to delete your data, email support@pourset.app from the email address on your account and put "Delete my data" in the subject line. We'll confirm the request and respond within 45 days. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google; you need to cancel that in your store settings (see our Terms of Service). You can also start it from inside the App: Settings › Account › Delete account. The steps are on our account and data deletion page.

Depending on where you live, including Oregon and California, you may have extra privacy rights under state law. To use them, email us. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

9. Children

The App is a tool for construction professionals and adults. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Security

The App uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections to us and to the services listed above. On-device data is only as secure as your device, so use a screen lock and keep your device and browser up to date. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy when the App changes, for example when accounts, syncing, or subscriptions launch. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and if a change is significant, we'll let you know in the App or by email.
