Delete your PourSet account and data
Last updated: October 22, 2026
PourSet (the web app at https://pourset.app/ and the Android app, package app.pourset) is operated by Jeremiah Fear Construction LLC, doing business as Firm Foundations Concrete Specialists. PourSet has no sign-in: your jobs, drafts, prices and settings are stored on your device. Deleting has two parts: the data on your device, which you delete yourself in the app, and the few records we hold on our server, which we delete when you email us.
Deleting doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (or in PourSet: Settings › Account › Manage subscription).
In the app (recommended)
- Open PourSet and go to Settings › Account › Delete account. It shows your Support ID if this device has one.
- Step 1 of 2: send the email. Tap Open email. An email to support@pourset.app opens with the subject "Delete my data", your Support ID and the app version. Send it.
- Step 2 of 2: delete device data. Tap Delete device data. PourSet deletes its data on this device right away (saved jobs, drafts, prices, settings and the Pro unlock) and restarts as a new install. This can't be undone.
Without the app
Email support@pourset.app with the subject "Delete my data". Include your Support ID if you have it (Settings › Account in the app). To remove the data on a device, uninstall PourSet or clear its site data in your browser.
What is deleted, and when
- On your device, immediately when you tap Delete device data: saved jobs, drafts, prices, settings and the Pro unlock.
- On our server, after we get your email: the records linked to your Support ID: AI usage counts and Pro-code usage records. We delete them by hand; it isn't automatic yet. We finish within 45 days and reply to confirm.
- What we may keep: our email exchange with you about the request, and records we must keep by law (for example purchase records Google Play holds for its own billing). Google Play purchases themselves are handled by Google under its own policy.
More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
